Le Groupe G3 has been in business since 1994. Since it’s inception, growth has continued at a dramatic pace. Starting with 1 customer and 5 trailers, management has grown the business to more than $30 MM annually and continues to grow daily. We create value for our customers by providing more reliable, efficient operations resulting in competitive advantages, lower costs and reduced risk.

The original founders of G3 were trained by Union Carbide Canada Limited in their Logistics Group – specialists in trucking, warehousing and distribution systems.

Throughout the rapid growth period, many of the sound business practices employed by much larger organizations were successfully adopted, molded and integrated into the overall framework and structure of the company, including rigorous training and quality programs.

Le Groupe G3 foresees continuing significant growth and it is for this reason there is a need to clearly and concisely document “How the Business Should Be Run”.

This Business Model, along with the current year and mid-term Business Plans, are essential for the “controlled” growth anticipated. These not only ensure wise investment decisions but also customer satisfaction and repeat business.
